Cicada Glen offers a generous and interesting range of plants paired with expert advice and years of experience in garden, nursery, bush regeneration, ecology and all things horticulture!

We’ll be meeting at Cicada Glen to explore everything from rare and interesting plants, rainforest plants and east coast natives, to edibles and native edible plants suitable for the Sydney climate and soils.

Come along to enjoy the lovely gardens and perhaps choose some new plants to take home!

Our host and guide, Michael Dixon has worked in ecological restoration and assessment for 20 years. He has extensive experience and is passionate about the role of native plants in the environment.

Meeting time:

Arrive ready for a 10am tour start time. We’ll be guided around for an hour, before enjoying some morning tea on the nursery grounds with those who wish to join. You are warmly invited to bring a small plate to share and add to our morning tea spread.
